Chöd is a practice that involves cutting through ego-clinging and offering one's own body to benefit all beings. It was developed by Machig Labdrön, a renowned Tibetan yogini who lived in the 11th century.
This Chöd practice is empowered through the lineage of the Tibetan Dzogchen master, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. If you're interested in learning this practice, you can explore a Self-Paced Course with Lama Tsultrim Allione and Dorje Lopön Chandra Easton by clicking here.
All who are familiar with this practice are invited to participate in this transformative and meaningful experience. You are welcome to practice together, or lie down or sit and just receive the healing blessing of it.
The practice is led by Lisa Svensson between 18.00-18.40 Central European Time. Recurring every second Monday of the month. Following that, everyone is welcome to stay and meet up with the Swedish sangha.
